Her next book, Badly Behaved People, will be published by Pearson in December 2024 and has already been selected as W H Smith Travel’s Business Book of the Month for 2025.

Zena began her career as a recruitment entrepreneur, later selling her business to complete an MSc in Career Management and Coaching. She holds advanced qualifications in psychological coaching and leadership from MIT.
She has coached executives on Oxford University’s Saïd Business School Executive MBA Programme and serves as an Associate Faculty member at Henley Business School. Her work centers on fostering thriving, productive, and profitable team dynamics.
Zena divides her time between her homes in London and West Cork and wherever her work takes her.
