He has worked with eight Premier League teams, including Brentford, Brighton, and Crystal Palace, as a first-team coach. His influence extends across football, having shaped players’ mental strength at West Ham United and Southampton. In boxing, he supported Derek Chisora in his campaign against Tyson Fury for the World Heavyweight Boxing Championship.
At the Lawn Tennis Association, Roberto was the National Performance Psychology Manager, playing a key role in the success of tennis stars. He worked closely with Andy Murray, helping him build mental resilience and develop Team Murray, which contributed to Murray’s Slam and Olympic victories.
