Katie King is a published Author, Keynote Speaker and Management Consultant, recognised in the area of AI and digital business transformation, as well as marketing and STEM. Katie regularly consults CEOs, MDs, as well as HR, sales and marketing teams on adapting to Business 4.0.

Her second book was published by Kogan Page in January 2022: AI Strategy for Sales and Marketing: Connecting marketing, sales and customer experience.

Voted the leading AI strategist and ‘Top 10 influencer in AI’ in 2023, Katie has over 30 years of consulting experience across a range of sectors, and has advised many of the world’s leading business leaders and organisations, as well as schools, colleges and universities.

Katie has delivered numerous TEDx talks and is a frequent commentator on BBC TV and radio, and is a regular speaker on the international conference circuit. She is the author of Using Artificial Intelligence in Marketing: How to Harness AI and Maintain the Competitive Edge, due for publication by Kogan Page in February 2019.

In 2020, she launched a school AI programme in London, the Leaders of Tomorrow, to close the skills gap in education and show young people, especially girls, how STEM and AI will reshape their future careers: It is now in its third year and was expanded in 2023 to include South African schools.

Prior to setting up her first venture in 2002, Katie was appointed Director of global agency Text 100 (Next Fifteen Group plc). In addition to her role as CEO of AI in Marketing and Zoodikers, Katie is the South East and East Anglia chairperson for the industry body, the PRCA, regularly training its members on topics surrounding digital transformation.

Katie is regularly featured on BBC radio and TV, providing advice and opinion on business transformation, and is a member of the UK Government All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) task force for the adoption of AI. She is also an Editorial Board Member for the AI and Ethics Journal (Springer Nature – global publisher).

She speaks engagingly, candidly and empathetically to audiences about the importance of being agile and innovating, showcasing current global examples from business and academic experts, and is regularly invited to speak at corporate events, international conferences and gala dinners. In addition to an MBA, Katie holds a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a degree in languages.
