Jacqueline de Rojas is President of techUK and Co-Chair of the Institute of Coding. She also sits on the boards of Rightmove, Costain Group, and FDM Group as a non-executive director. Passionate about diversity and inclusion, she supports Accelerate-Her and Big Youth Group and serves as a tech ambassador for the Girl Guiding Association.

In 2015, Computer Weekly named her the Most Influential Woman in IT. The following year, she entered its Hall of Fame. In 2016, Debrett’s listed her among the 500 People of Influence. A year later, she was named one of Europe’s “Inspiring Fifty” female role models.

Jacqueline has advised the UK government on post-18 education. She also mentors senior leaders through the Merryck Group. Her impact in advocacy earned her the Women in Tech “Advocate of the Year” award in 2018. In 2019, she received the Digital & Technology Award at the Asian Women of Achievement Awards. That same year, Apolitical named her one of the World’s 100 Most Influential People in Digital Government, and Women in IT Excellence named her Woman of the Year.

In 2018, she was awarded a CBE for services to international trade in technology. Today, she continues to shape the tech world. She drives digital transformation, empowers future leaders, and promotes greater inclusion across the industry.
