BIO

World-class Adventurer, Everest Summiteer and First Woman to Skydive Everest, Holly Budge, will energise your audience to think BIG.

Holly is deeply personal and highly actionable. She will take you on an uplifting, heartfelt, often emotional and nail-biting journey climbing to the summit of Everest, into an icy freefall, skydiving past the world’s highest peak and racing 1000km across Mongolia on wild horses. Holly’s powerful keynote talk on mindset and mental toughness will motivate and inspire you on how to embrace life’s peaks and recover from the troughs. She demonstrates the power of positive, active thinking, even in times of great physical & mental adversity.

Holly believes we all have an Everest to climb, but often, the enormity of a big goal is simply overwhelming. Stepping into the unknown is uncomfortable, and the thought of failing can be crippling. After Holly’s talk, you will be inspired to climb your Everest.

Holly’s key takeaways include:
* Think Tall, Start Small
* One Mountain At A Time
* Win or Learn
* Smile Through The Pain
* Nurture Passion, Build Purpose

Off the podium, Holly is the founder and chairman of international non-profit, ‘How Many Elephants’ and World Female Ranger Week. Recently voted as ‘Woman of the Year in Non-Profit’ in 2023, Holly founded ‘How Many Elephants’ a decade ago while studying for a Masters in Sustainable Design. Her impactful work has been highly praised since, including by Sir David Attenborough.

Holly has raised >GBP 500,000 for environmental projects. Her passion and purpose drive forward her innovative, design-led, non-profit, How Many Elephants, to educate a worldwide audience about the devastating impacts of the African Elephant ivory trade. Holly launched the hugely successful World Female Ranger Week to support female rangers on the front line of wildlife conservation.
