Dominic McGregor, a 31-year-old entrepreneur and mental health advocate, is the Founding Partner of Fearless Adventures and former COO of Social Chain. He co-founded Social Chain with Steven Bartlett, growing it into a $300 million business with 750 employees across offices in NYC, Berlin, and London.
They built a client list including Apple, Amazon, McDonald’s, and the BBC, taking the company public in 2019 and exiting in late 2020. After the exit, Dominic co-founded Fearless Adventures, which invests in and supports founders aiming to scale their businesses rapidly.
He uses his extensive experience to guide and nurture new entrepreneurs, offering both financial and emotional support. In early 2021, Dominic was appointed as a government policy advisor by the Cabinet Office, focusing on social media and digital communications.
Recently, Dominic and the Fearless team launched Basecamp Skills, aimed at developing digital talent and fostering diversity in the business community. They provide life-changing opportunities and help businesses build diverse teams with varied perspectives.
In 2023, Dominic appeared in the BAFTA-nominated documentary series Hollyoaks In Real Life, where he discussed his journey with alcohol addiction in the episode “Alcohol Free At 23.”
Dominic has also released his first book, I’m Never Drinking Again, which explores his personal journey, challenges stereotypes about sobriety, and discusses issues like peer pressure and party culture.
As a public speaker, Dominic has addressed events for Capital One, Microsoft, and other major organizations, covering topics such as mental wellbeing, digital skills, and business strategy. His talks, interviews, and panels use his experiences to inspire and educate diverse audiences.
Additionally, Dominic is an approved candidate for the Conservative party and plans to run for a parliamentary seat in future elections.
