Brett Solomano is a SAG Award-nominated stuntman for The Walking Dead. He has performed in many film and TV productions as both a stuntman and actor. Always entrepreneurial, Brett also invests in real estate and runs businesses—including a semi-truck rental and intermodal container transport company.
He holds the Guinness World Record for driving a semi-truck (with a 53ft trailer!) in reverse for 55.34 miles (89km) in just four hours.
In 2013, Brett took a sabbatical in Bali to volunteer at a school. There, he discovered his love for working with youth and teaching life skills—like self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness. This passion led him to work at a camp near Sydney for youth from juvenile justice programs. Later, in Melbourne, he taught life skills to kids aged 3–15 through parkour, gymnastics, and rock climbing.
Alongside his stunt work, Brett often steps into teaching roles. He has worked as a CDL instructor and training developer at Katlaw Truck Driving School, led workshops at Hub Melbourne and Laneway Learning, and served as a drift instructor and expert witness in court cases.
Brett has a deep curiosity about life. He enjoys pushing boundaries to explore whether they exist for protection—or if they’re just fears to overcome.
