Avi has traveled across the Asia-Pacific and Europe, sharing his thought-provoking and interactive insights with diverse audiences. He speaks to everyone from Fortune 500 leaders to students and community leaders to service frontliners. His mission is to help others discover and enhance their inner delight. Avi firmly believes in edutainment. He created and designed the programs Delivering Delight and Leading with Values. His recent articles have been featured in Business Times and European Business Review. When he’s not inspiring others, he enjoys shooting hoops with his youth basketball team or challenging service staff to delight their customers.
His practical approach draws from extensive international experience in leadership and management roles in both the corporate and public sectors. Avi served as VP of marketing at two ICT companies. As a diplomat, he worked as the Economic, Trade, and Tourism Attaché for Southeast Asia. He initiated and negotiated the formation of two bilateral R&D and VC funds and collaborated with Singapore Telecom to invest in the first nine startup companies.
