Avi Liran (CSP) is an inspirer, writer, humorist, and TEDx/IDEASx speaker. He believes everyone can become a Chief Delighting Officer. A natural optimist, Avi has always been drawn to the power of positivity. He understands how words and tone can shape experiences and transform lives. Because of this, he teaches leaders and organizations how to inspire and delight others.
Over the years, Avi has traveled across Asia-Pacific and Europe. He shares interactive, thought-provoking insights with a wide range of audiences. He speaks to everyone—from Fortune 500 executives to students, community leaders, and frontliners. Through every talk, his mission stays the same: help people unlock their inner delight. He urges them to lead with values, create raving fans, and pursue a greater purpose.
Avi also believes in mixing education with entertainment—what he calls edutainment. He created two signature programs: Delivering Delight and Leading with Values. Recently, his articles appeared in Business Times and the European Business Review. Beyond speaking and writing, he enjoys coaching youth basketball and challenging service staff to go the extra mile.
His approach is practical and grounded in experience. Avi has held leadership roles in both corporate and public sectors. He served as VP of Marketing at two ICT companies. Additionally, he worked as a diplomat, serving as the Economic, Trade, and Tourism Attaché for Southeast Asia. During that time, he initiated and negotiated two bilateral R&D and VC funds. He also partnered with Singapore Telecom to invest in the region’s first nine startup companies.
