Anna Fielding is a leadership expert focused on systems change. She combines sharp analysis of our flawed economic systems with a deep belief in human potential.
She works as a leadership and systems coach, strategist, and non-executive director. Anna partners with ambitious organisations that want to create real, positive change in the world.
She chairs the Economic Change Unit, a non-profit driving the shift to a fairer and more resilient economy. She’s also a Trustee of the New Economics Foundation, an Associate of the Institute for Social Banking, and a Fellow of the RSA.
From 2015 to 2020, Anna served as CEO of the Finance Innovation Lab. The Lab works to build a financial system that puts people and the planet first.
Her background spans strategy, communications, research, and impact assessment. She has worked in sustainable finance, academia, international development, campaigning, and community health.
Anna is also training to be a humanistic psychotherapist. She brings insight from her own experiences with trauma, disability, and mental health into her storytelling, adding powerful personal depth.
She’s an experienced public speaker. Her past clients include MIT, the University of Oxford, the Global Ethical Finance Forum, and the Global Alliance for Banking on Values.
