Andy Edwards is the creator of “Relationomics,” a concept focused on leveraging relationships for better business results. As an accredited behavioral psychologist and author of two books—one on psychometrics and understanding people, and the other on behavioral leadership—Andy simplifies human behavior to help build, repair, and leverage workplace relationships.

He works with organizations and teams traditionally measured by time, fees, or tangible output. Many workplace challenges stem not from workload or competence, but from poor or undervalued relationships. Andy quickly shows how appreciating team members’ differences can create a harmonious culture, increase effort, improve leadership, and enhance overall effectiveness.
