For over 30 years, Peter F Gallagher has worked in more than 30 countries. He helps organizations, leaders, and teams drive change, improvement, and transformation. He delivers results through projects, programs, workshops, masterclasses, gamification, training, and speaking engagements.
Peter has a strong track record in complex change and project delivery. He thrives in multidisciplinary environments. He speaks around the world to governments, CEO groups, leadership teams, and professional associations. His background includes experience in Big Four consulting, as well as internal and commercial advisory roles.
He works closely with senior leaders to prepare them for change. At the start of any initiative, Peter asks tough questions:

He then co-develops tailored solutions to support lasting success.
Peter is the author of Leadership of Change® and the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK). He has written several books, including fables, pocket guides, handbooks, and practical resources. His work covers leadership, adoption, behavior, and sponsorship. He believes “Change waits for no leader,” and stresses the importance of alignment before any transformation begins.
Peter holds an MBA with distinction from Robert Gordon University. He was among the first 500 professionals to earn the ACMP’s CCMP accreditation. He is also a Certified Manager of Quality with the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and holds three certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI). In addition, he has served as a Non-Executive Director and on global Boards of Directors.
